NOTE: All registrations are subject to space availability (register early). Registrations are non-refundable.

These deadlines are set up for everyone to benefit fairly and must be postmarked by appropriate date shown and complete payment to qualify for the specified rate.

 

How to Register

ONLINE: quick, fast and easy
On-line registration is secure and you will receive confirmation of your registration once the payment has been processed (VISA and MasterCard are accepted)

FAX: You can register by fax just download the Registration form, complete the entire form including the credit card payment information and fax the form to +1 604.533.5405.

MAIL: Send your registration form to Next Generation Ministries, 20411 Douglas Crescent, Langley, BC, V3A 4B6. Mailed registrations must be complete with full payment (i.e. money order or cheque made payable to PAOC). Do not mail any documents with your credit card information on it.  

DROP OFF: Bring your registration form to the HM 2010 Office at 20411 Douglas Crescent, Langley, BC, V3A 4B6 with complete payment.

PHONE REGISTRATIONS CANNOT BE ACCEPTED.

NOTE: REGISTRATION IS NON-REFUNDABLE. A refund is possible ONLY if in case of a medical emergency. We will need to be notified and have a note from the young person's doctor for reimbursement.

All bus drivers, sponsors, chaperones, pastors, youth pastors, and leaders are required to register. Each group is responsible for registering all who are traveling with them.
