When I was little I wanted to be a country singer like Garth Brooks, so I grew a mullet. Today I live in Aldergrove, BC with my wonderful wife Rachael. My favourite snack is a homemade cookie, but you can never have just one. I did my undergraduate degree in English and Business at Simon Fraser University.
Jason works with Youth Alpha Canada to write the Youth Alpha films and is a part time Assistant Pastor at Christian Life Assembly in Langley, BC.
Fort Langley’s Shalom Reimer was crowned Miss Teen BC in her home town at this year’s Miss BC Pageant held at Chief Sepass Theatre in July 2015. She is passionate about Jesus and uses her platform of being Ms. Teen BC to be light in the darkness.
She is currently a grade 12 student at Pacific Academy in Surrey, BC
Sid Koop is passionate about awakening the lives of students through the truth of Jesus Christ. Sid has spent over 15 years in full time youth ministry, both in the local church and now as the full time Executive Director of Truth Matters Ministries, which includes overseeing the CYWC Regional Training Conferences across Canada. Sid and his wife Jen have two boys, Payton and Cole, who have a passion for sports, camp, youth group and shooting their dad with paintball guns!
Andy is the director of Next Generation Ministries. He has been working with youth + young adults for over 15 years. He has worked in local churches and high schools all across Canada. He is passionate about raising the next generation of Church leaders and pastors. Food is one of his hobbies. He married his best friend, Annick, and has 4 awesome minions.
Leeland (Leeland Mooring & Casey Moore), joined the Bethel Music Collective in 2015. Along with 4 Grammy Nominations and 8 Dove Award Nominations, Leeland brings a wealth of experience and excellence to Bethel Music. After touring as a band since 2004, Leeland is excited to partner with Bethel Church and the Bethel Music worship movement. Although they will live with their families in Nashville, TN, Leeland will be a part of songwriting, albums, tours, conferences, and local church worship when they visit Redding, CA.
Legacy One is a non-profit organization that impacts students through the urban arts. Using artists trained in hip-hop, dance, spoken word poetry, and DJ’ing, they offer a variety of performances and workshops that encourage students to find their unique voice.
Over the last 5 years, Legacy One has performed and taught in schools and churches across Canada, US, Europe, and Africa.
